Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, weather permitting, followed by a tented reception.

What should I wear?

Our attire is Black Tie. Since portions of the celebration will take place outdoors, please plan accordingly for July in the Hudson Valley.

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive to Valley Rock beginning at 5:00. Our Ceremony will begin prompty at 5:30 pm.

Can I bring a plus-one?

We kindly ask that guests refer to their save the date/invitation for the names of those included in their party.

Is transportation provided?

Transportation will be provided for guests staying within our room blocks at The Courtyard Mahwah and Crown Plaza. We also selected our venue for its proximity to NYC, if you choose to rideshare to and from our wedding weekend.
